Molly Rezich is a celebrated behavioral performance and change management expert renowned for her ability to unlock human potential through sustainable, low-friction change. With more than 18 years of experience, Molly brings a fresh, creative perspective to team and leadership dynamics, workflow optimization, and emotional intelligence (EQ) growth.
Her research-backed methodologies focus on designing logical systems that streamline operations and reduce workplace stress, and by sharpening her clients' emotional insight, Molly helps teams deeply understand themselves and others. This holistic approach consistently bolsters clinical outcomes, enhances employee engagement, and lowers organizational costs.
To back her work, she is licensed in a robust suite of diagnostic tools, including DISC, 360° Leadership Assessments, The 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Quotient (EQ) profiles.
Driven by a mission to serve others, Molly channels her expertise into mentoring youth to strengthen local and global communities. Outside of corporate consulting, she is an accomplished professional cellist who has performed alongside world-renowned artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Smokey Robinson, and Chick Corea. When she isn't coaching or playing music, she can be found practicing yoga, gardening, spending time with her family, or backpacking with her three dogs.

Pamela Sumner is an accomplished strategy coach, keynote speaker and performance improvement consultant, renowned for fostering strong client loyalty. Her methodology involves deeply integrating with client organizations by comprehending their culture, workplace dynamics, business strategy, and competitive landscape.
Pamela brings over 40 years of experience as an organizational development professional, encompassing the design, enhancement, and facilitation of high-level human development projects. Her expertise in coaching and facilitation have enabled her to deliver significant and measurable contributions to both individuals and organizations.
While Pamela has a particular interest in supporting organizations experiencing rapid growth and change, she is highly adaptable and proficient in addressing needs at all organizational levels. Her client list crosses both public and private sectors and includes local, national, and international organizations.
Pamela is a certified administer of a number of national and international assessments including DISC, MBTI, MHS EQi-2.O, HayGroup/Korn Ferry EI-360 and has worked as a certified trainer and facilitator for DDI, Achieve Global, Pritchett, Covey Leadership, Vital Smarts, and numerous other vendors.
When she is not in front of people sharing learning, you can find her on a horse, playing with her dog, traveling/sightseeing and experiencing that new downtown restaurant everybody is talking about.
